  I'm having some renovation done to a condominium in Boston. My GC sent me to the Westbury showroom to look at the tile and he could source them from the showroom in Boston. Three salespersons on the floor and one customer. Salesperson saw me looking around and asked if she could help. When I told her what I wanted she said "to be honest, I would just be wasting my time helping you becase the contractor in Boston will just go somewhere else." At which point she sat back down and started cutting her labels again. She did tell me to feel free to look around and let her know if I had any question. At which point I left. They must be paid on commissions.
